Product Description
Our Auto Coater is suitable for sugar and film coating with variable pan size such as 66”, 60”, 48”, 42”, 36” and 30”. It has extensive employment in food and pharmaceutical businesses. The system is confirmed to cGMP guidelines and highlights mechatronis. Further, provided system is energy saving, clean, safe and efficient for sugar and film covering of candies, pills and tablets with aqueous, enteric and organic solvent coating. Provided Auto Coater has optional features such as SCADA connectivity, tablets charging through bin loader, electric or steam heat exchanger, dehumidifier, dry dust collector, wet scrubber, strong pan for confectionery items and interchangeable pan.
Auto Coater's structure produced using S.S.304 caliber fitted with exhaust air plenum, inlet air plenum, washing sink, perforated pan and closed drive with air safe door. It offers fantastic blending as well as tumbling through extraordinary outline of removable pan inclining face and anti-sliding confounds offered on punctured corner to corner face. Steel sink is incorporated at base for powder collection with fundamental untainted steel tubing with tri-clover attachments for simplicity of cleaning amid the changeover. Our Auto Coater is furnished with solution holding container, flow peristaltic pump, alterable spray gun arms and atomized splash gun with pneumatic stirrer.
