Application & Process:Dry syrup powder filling & sealing machine performs on vacuum principle with rotary movement. Automatic and monoblock type, it is backed with rotary star wheel, rotary funnel head & piston assembly. Perfect for filling dry syrup powder in bottles, the machine is used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, foods, and other industries. Filling cum sealing machine, it is versatile and robust in nature. The unit is self-supported on stainless steel structure. It is precision engineered with conveyor, rotary star wheel, funnel head, powder filing head & piston, and rotary capping head.
Main Features:
- Acrylic cabinet supported by aluminum sections
- External cap feeder system as per norms of CGMP
- Minimum & maximum cap level is maintained through sensor – no damage, or rubbing of cap Powder level sensor automatically maintains minimum / maximum level in hopper
- Inching system is provided for setting of filling and sealing operations
- Machine structure is made with SS 304, Rigid gear drives & motor
- Dust collector system can be provided with machine
- Variable speed is synchronized for conveyor, powder feed wheel, star wheel & sealing head.
