Product Description

Application & Process:  

Single Head, Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is perfect for sealing bottles in pharmaceuticals, agro chemicals, dairy, food and beverages industries. The system is designed to be versatile and compact in nature. And the unit is enclosed in stainless steel body with matt finish. It consists cap feeding unit, automatic conveyer belt, single head capping unit with cam & gear motor drive. There is automatic movement of filled bottle toward the capping head on a slat belt. During the movement, it picks cap from the feeding unit (rotating type). The capping head moves up and down with revolution to thread, on cap to bottle sealing. After sealing, it moves the bottle for further activity on conveyer.
