High Speed Press provides an effective and simple solution to produce small sized tablets in larger quantity. Our offered Single Sided Rotary Tablet Press is specially engineered including a central drive that helps in lacking the form of worm wheel mechanisms. Coupling is used to couple central shaft and the gear box ensuring zero backlash and resulting in high speed operations. The mentioned tablet press is sturdily built for handling pre-compression loads, hydraulically. Due to the presence of pressure rollers with pressure bearing capacity, frequent lubrication is not required. During the compression of powder, hydraulic power is used for providing uniform load, thus compression springs are not used neither on main compression rollers nor on pre-compression ones.Key Points related to Pre-Compression Rotary Tablet:
- For ensuring equal and sufficient load on the tablets, pressure link assembly is provided.
- Front control dials are rendered in order to provide fine tuning for all the parameters.
- Equipped with butterfly valve and round hoppers to have easy operations.
