The already decided water amount is included to water heating tank. Then, stream is provide and the inclusion of additives physically and blend the mixture at set temperature
After that, the petroleum jelly, wax and oil is delivered to wax stage tank. The heat and steam are provided in production vessel and the supplements are included physically and combined at pre-determined temperature
Vacuum pump moves the heated water and wax to primary production vessel. Process of additives inclusion and blending are similar in this instance as well. In addition, the integrated homogenizer completed dispersion and emulsification process
Following confirmation of ointment or cream release, the item is moved towards capacity tank deploying lobe pump
Maintaining the item under moderate speed agitation in capacity tank, the item is moved to ointment pipe filling machine via pump for ointment transfer
