Product Description
Application and Process:Our automatic air jet cleaning machine is integrated with unscramble that is a small unit deployed for dry syrup mini bottles cleaning prior to filling. Offered machine functions on bottle back pressure principle that is fed by unscramble to approach separator unit, which move the bottles on transportation belt and drives them to the cleaning station one by one. Our automatic air jet-cleaning machine includes single cleaning section and two inverters. Container will be pushed through turning separator to inverter of in-feed that makes the pet bottles go in wrong course and drive them to cleaning area through back stress of aligned bottles. Cleaning area is furnished with consistent vacuum system. Further, bottle spans to the cleaning area, a couple of nozzle begins to jet the air in the bottle neck and all the while vacuum will remove the molecule, exasperates by the air. After that, bottle goes to different inverter, where alters the course to the correct way, further, bottle transfers to either filling machine.
