• The water and sugar crystals are included to sugar dissolving vessel. Our steam is provided as well as sugar crystals are liquefied. Inclusion of added substances physically and it blends at the defined temperature.
• Dissolved down sugar is exchanged to production vessel following filtration in cone channel through pump for transfer. The heat and steam are provided in production vessels as well as the supplements are included manually and blended at temperature that is pre-defined.
• After that homogenizer works on dispersion and emulsification.
• Following affirmation of Sugar syrup release the item is transferred to channel press for filtration that transferred through transfer pump to capacity vessel.
• Keeping the item under agitation, it is moved to filling line via transfer pump.
