Provided Conventional Coating has stirrer and colloidal mill as its primary components. Design of our product is determined as per cGMP guidelines with AISI 304 and AISI 316 as non-contact and contact components, accordingly. Polishing pan and different sized coating pan can be simply replaced in minutes. Our Conventional Coating has assembled structure with SS case that is attached on anti-vibration pad. Effective reduction gearbox drive is provided with hot blower system and changeable speed pulley. Further, the pan can be availed in 72”, 60”, 48”, 42”, 36” and 30” capacity. Mechanical spraying system, material holding vessel with stirrer, detachable baffle, VFD drive, vertical or horizontal drive, water protected cooling system, AC frequency drive and telescopic stand are the options that can be profited by customers in our Conventional Coating.

Now, About Stirrer:

Our coating system has three way valve assembly with re-flowing pipe. Further, the stirrer is offered to the users in capacity varies from 50 to 5000 liter. Integrated stirrer is intermittent sort elevated shearing emulsion machine with elevated-driven stirring system that is useful to mixing, homogenization, dispersing and blending of solid-liquid, viscous material, solution, ointment and liquid. The bottle part Conventional Coating's stirrer has specific stator-rotor frame to enable the material be emulsified, homogenized and dispersed intensively while the middle segment has elevated speed dispersed alternatively various blades or impeller sorts such as stator rotor impeller, radial impeller, pitch blade, propeller blade, butterfly blade and disperser impeller to regulate flow liquid effectively. Our Conventional Coating process material more effectively to help in homogenization and blending.
