Process and Application:Our skid type cip wip washing system is beneficial for washing and cleaning at area of IBC bin, auto coater, elevated shear mixer, liquid bed equipment, bin, tank and vessel. Two sorts such as trolley attached CIP system with regulations and second is intact closed WIP/CIP system for bin cleaning. Trolley attached CIP system possess inlet association with pneumatic functioned valve for D. M. water, detergent, hot water and plain water with stressed pump that are connected with supply pipe spraying ball on machine. Our complete skid type cip wip washing system functions by system of PLC control with touch display HMI. The integrated PLC system works as accordance with washing cycle set time of outlet as well as inlet.
