Product Description
Application & Process:Semi-automatic dry powder auger filling machine is perfect for non-free flowing, sticky and fluffy powders. It is a versatile machine, which is used for tooth powder, talcum powder, pesticide, custard powder, and ground spices etc. This auger filler employs the principle of screw positive displacement. The auger is well designed, and it moves the product through funnel. There is a digital timer to control the fill require quantity, supported by an electromagnetic clutch-brake unit. Fill quantity is adjusted with the digital timer, by setting the filling timely, and it fills the material direct into container from funnel bellow. Pouches or containers are arranged under funnel, manually.
